2008 Season Schedule Released

HARRISBURG, PA--The Eastern Basketball Alliance has announced
the schedule for the 2008 season. The North Jersey Lakers will have a
total of nine regular season games--five home games and four road
contests. The success of the team last season and the great support of
the local fans have attributed to much optimism among the players and
mamagement.

"We're very excited to get started and build upon the success of the
last two sesaons," said Mark Stanley, starting point guard and general
manager. "We have a solid nucleus of guys coming back and have
added some very talented players into the mix."

Starting forward Tim Corrigan added: "I think top to bottom, we have a
very deep, balanced team. The great thing about that is when we go to
the bench, we won't be losing anything with our bench play."

The Lakers finshed the 2007 campaign with a record of 4-4, a one-game
improvement over the inaugural 2006 season, when North Jersey went
3-5.
